Job Title: Forklift Operator (1st Shift) ($19-20/hr.)

Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of materials within our warehouse. This position offers a first shift running from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible after interviewing. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts for approximately 30-50% of the day to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Cut plastic materials to size using panel saws and table saws.
• Receive shipments and enter inventory transactions into the company system.
• Stock materials, organize inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform quality checks and verify materials meet customer specifications.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and safety initiatives.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong documentation and packaging skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
