Project ManagerAs a Project Manager at Vital, you will be responsible for overseeing and steering complex projects across our expanding operations in manufacturing, research, development, and product implementation. This role involves high-level planning, strategic management, and leadership to ensure projects meet organizational goals and are completed with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Direct and manage the overall execution of assigned projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining tasks, allocating resources, and setting milestones. Delegate tasks effectively to project teams.Budget Management: Oversee cost analysis and budget preparation. Ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints and make adjustments as needed to address any financial discrepancies.Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop strategies for mitigation. Report significant risks and issues to senior management, providing recommendations for corrective actions or project adjustments.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization, clients, and vendors. Address and resolve any questions, concerns, or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.Operational Excellence: Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
