Rotating shifts of 3x12 hours, either Day (07:00 - 19:30) or Night (19:00 - 07:30).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Stepdown Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in progressive care and be comfortable floating to various units within the facility as needed. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Stepdown Unit.
• Monitor vital signs and manage complex patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform patient assessments and document care in the electronic health record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in a relevant specialty.
• 18 months of recent Stepdown nursing experience preferred.
• Current Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
