Dates: Aug 31, Sept 2-4, 8-10

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7a-5p, Fri 8a-12p

Procedures: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning

Support Staff: 3 DA, 1 RDH

Requirements: DEA with all required schedules

Travel and lodging provided.
