Shift: After 6:00 PM, Monday – Sunday based on the needs of the account

What You'll Do (The Role)

As a Janitor on our team, you are the backbone of our quality service. You'll ensure our clients walk into a spotless, fresh environment every morning. Duties include:

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standards.

• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

• Occasionally performing deeper floor care, like carpet scrubbing.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Reliability: You must have your own dependable transportation to get to your assigned work sites.

• Work History: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years (prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!).

• Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.

Note for Driving Positions: If you are considered for a role driving a company vehicle, you must have a clean, valid AZ driver’s license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
