You will oversee the daily operations and administration for high end tenants, providing high touch service to tenants, vendors, and prospective clients. Responsibilities Include:

• Manage daily operations and tenant relations for assigned properties.
• Conduct property inspections and resolve tenant issues.
• Manage contractor bids and contracts.
• Perform move-in/move-out walk-throughs and space upfits.
• Ensure compliance with required inspections and lease terms.
• Review and approve invoices, track rent payments, and manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare annual budgets, variance reports, and assist with year-end reconciliations.
• Oversee transition of new properties from construction to management.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of property management experience - office
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
