HR Coordinator

The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN. Job Description Pay: $25 - 28/hr 10-month assignment Hybrid role - 3 days onsite You will provide HR shared services support to employees and managers, responding to inquiries related to benefits, time off, compensation, HR policies, and employee data via a case management system. You will manage and document employee cases using ticketing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc) ensuring timely resolution and data accuracy. You will leverage Workday HCM to support employee and manager self-service inquiries and process transactions/corrections as needed. You will maintain and update HR knowledge base content while identifying process improvements to enhance employee experience. You will assist with HR projects, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within a shared services environment (3-10 years target range) Experience working in a case management/ticketing system required Workday HCM or similar HRIS experience highly preferred Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee data confidentiality Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached.
