RECRUITING SPECIALIST

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work and communicate well with others, sense of urgency, self-starter and have a professional demeanor and appearance. Confidentiality is a must.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple tasks, be a strong team player and the ability to work successfully with others at all levels within the organization.
• Able to communicate at all levels of the organization, maintain confidentiality with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic professional with a win/win interpersonal style and the tenacity and conviction to overcome conflict.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of recruiting experience required
• Cold calling experience is a plus
