Product engineer

Kickstart your career with a global leader in life sciences innovation! We are seeking an entry-level Product Engineer to join our dynamic Filtration Research and Development team. In this hands-on lab role, you will contribute directly to the design, development, and testing of novel solid/liquid separation and filtration technologies used in manufacturing life-saving therapeutic biopharmaceuticals.

responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding equipment to manufacture prototype filter devices for lab testing.
• Perform hands-on filtration testing and troubleshooting of novel components for bioprocessing applications.
• Apply solid chemistry and engineering principles to assist in developing next-generation clarification products.
• Analyze lab data using statistical software and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.

qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (recent graduates / \"Green Grads\" highly encouraged to apply).
• Basic laboratory skills in chemistry or biochemistry.
• Proficiency in data processing and statistical analysis tools (Microsoft Office, Minitab).

Preferred:

• Prior hands-on filtration testing or process development experience.
• Exposure to bioreactor operation, cell culture techniques, or chemical synthesis.
• Experience with simulation software or lab automation.
