Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida (verification required)
- School-based OT experience highly preferred, but motivated new OTs considered
- Commitment to on-site service delivery
- Ability to adapt to new settings and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Required documents for onboarding (district-specific, two-part process)
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services for a range of ages and diagnoses (caseload details to come)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Complete all district-required documentation, timesheets, and ongoing communication
