Team Lead
A recycled plastic manufacturing company is looking for a Team Lead to join their team.
What you’ll be doing as a Team Lead
- Direct second-shift production operations and staff across top priority lines, addressing daily operational, quality, and safety needs while managing overtime for adjacent shifts.
Coordinate with the on-duty maintenance technician, resolve equipment or workflow issues, and communicate key updates to management.
Provide direct line coverage for breaks and lunches by operating production equipment as needed.
Coach, train, and support team members on standard daily production processes.
What we look for in a Team Lead
1 year working as a lead or supervising associates in a production environment
- 2+ years of longevity
- HS diploma
