Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Interventional Radiologist to become part of our multidisciplinary team at the Interventional Radiology Center in Clearwater, FL. In this position, you will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging and executing a wide range of image-guided interventional procedures that support our comprehensive urologic care offerings. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to a growing urology service line while collaborating closely with urologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals in a patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze various imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine related to urologic and related conditions.

• Conduct interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular access, embolization, nephrostomy tube placements, and other minimally invasive, image-guided therapies.

• Consult with referring physicians to suggest suitable imaging strategies and procedural plans.

• Engage in clinical decision-making, patient education, and effectively communicate imaging results.

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, radiation safety, and imaging protocols.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology, with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.

• Active medical license in Florida or eligibility for licensure in the state.

• Strong technical skills in diagnostic imaging and image-guided procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
