Job Description
\nAs a medical director at USACS, you will take on a leadership role collaborating with hospital administration and supporting physician staff while serving as a leader in both the emergency department and broader organization. - Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration \n
- Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution \n
- Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff \n
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $167/hour plus additional leadership stipend \n

- Staffing Model: 34 hours \n

- Two 12-hour physician shifts \n
- One 10-hour APP shift \n
\n - EMR: Epic with Dragon \n
- Helipad for all emergency conditions requiring transfer \n
- Full-service ED treats a wide variety of acutely ill and injured patients including sepsis, cardiac emergencies, respiratory emergencies, general surgery, stroke, orthopedic, and pediatrics care \n
