Roosevelt Elivert Insurance Agency in Glen Burnie, MD , is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Customer Service Representative . We have two locations with a fun, collaborative , and supportive environment to ensure you have all of the tools you need to be successful. There is never a dull moment in the office, and we pride ourselves on our excellent, inclusive culture. We are dedicated to coaching and development to ensure you are prepared to give back to your community every day by providing your clients with the best coverage to fit their unique needs .

Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 / year with the opportunity to earn an additional $5,000-$10,000 in commissions, year end base salary + commission range is $40,000-$50,000 .

• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes .
• Servicing existing client's insurance policies and needs.
• With your excellent relationship-building talents , youll be building rapport with clients and have the opportunity to market additional product offerings.
• You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Must be able to multitask .
• Excellent communication skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport .
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed .
• Must be able to acquire Property Casualty Insurance License.
