Coach, mentor and onboard new drivers.Perform hands-on training in the classroom and in the truck.Train drivers on safety, hours of service, trip-planning, workflow, tablet, policies and procedures.Act as a safety advocate and driver retention ambassador for the organization.Teach driving skills that align with Schneiders guidelines and materials.Show drivers how to use Schneiders electronic tablets and workflow system.Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.Evaluate and provide updates on candidates who are not meeting expectations.Prepare drivers for a safe and rewarding career at Schneider.Pay and bonus potential
