The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position will require a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities\n \n Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. \n Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. \n Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. \n Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. \n Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. \n Maintain accurate patient documentation and records. \n Participate in departmental meetings, nursing audits, and quality improvement initiatives. \n Qualifications\n \n Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med Surg setting. \n Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. \n BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n Schedule\n This position is for day shifts.
