Salary: $230,000–$255,000 base + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm — No nights, weekends, or call
A well-established national healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Physician Center Medical Director for our clinic in Phoenix, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining hands-on patient care. The role is ideal for a physician who enjoys blending clinical work with operational leadership — all within a weekday-only schedule.
Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary : $230K–$255K (based on experience and qualifications)
Monthly Medical Director stipend
Monthly productivity (RVU) bonus
Quarterly quality care incentive bonus
