Make a difference in the lives of students by taking on a fulfilling role as a school-based Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 26-27 academic year. Work in-person three days each week, supporting a vibrant student community near Albany, OR, on a contract basis. Your expertise and genuine commitment to education will be instrumental in helping children and adolescents with diverse needs reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Oregon
• Demonstrated school-based OT experience, preferably working directly with students across a range of abilities and needs
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and best practices in pediatric and educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person OT services to students, assessment, and individualized intervention
• Develop and implement treatment plans according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and school staff to support students’ functional independence in the educational environment
• Document student progress and maintain accurate case notes in compliance with district and legal standards
• Attend and contribute to IEP team meetings and other interdisciplinary collaborations as needed
