THE OPPORTUNITY

Running a 360 desk, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, connecting companies with exceptional talent while building meaningful client relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive New Business : Identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, social media, and referrals
• Build Strong Partnerships : Develop long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and challenges
• Deliver Talent Solutions : Partner with recruiters to source and present top-tier candidates
• Own the Process : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to final offer
• Ensure Quality Matches : Interview and assess candidates to ensure both skill and culture fit
• Create Exceptional Experiences : Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates at every step
• Stay Ahead of the Market : Leverage industry insights to position our services competitively
• Stay Organized : Keep accurate records using CRM tools to manage pipelines and opportunities

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–5+ years in agency staffing (BD or full-desk experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• A results-driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding targets
• Experience in one or more verticals (Tech, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Operations etc.)
• High motivation and comfort working in a performance-based, 100% commission-only environment
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• A degree is great, but your drive and results matter more
