IT Project Lead

Security Program Manager

Responsible for enabling the Security team that supports the T3 Transformation program and their technology or software needs.

This position works collaboratively with the Security Embedded Engineering (SEE) team, defining priorities for their security support activities.

This position also serves as a liaison between the business, other groups within ITx, and project-focused scrum teams, prioritizing needs, documenting requirements, helping to identify solutions, and overseeing implementation details.

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience leading and delivering cross functional IT projects
• Proven experience collaborating with Business, Application, Identity management, Security, Infrastructure, Data and other external or vendor teams
• Good understanding of AWS, Java, Identity management and Middleware technologies (This is not a hands-on technical role)
• Good understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology and experience working with Scrum teams (This is not a Scrum Master role)
• Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence tools
• Roadmap and Release planning
• Impediment resolution or Escalations
• Schedule management
• Budget management and tracking
• Issue and Risk management
• Coordinate cross functional testing
• Facilitate cross functional meetings
• Develop and Publish Project Status and KPIs
• Good communication skills
