Overview Registered Nurse, Med Surg, Portland, OR. Start date 10/12/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Collect and analyze relevant health data; interpret findings to identify diagnoses and care needs. Develop, implement, and adjust a plan of care; monitor progress and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments, monitor for response, and delegate appropriate duties to other staff as needed. Participate in discharge planning and provide patient and family education; communicate health information to the treatment team. Maintain a safe, healing environment and advocate for patient rights; support learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members. Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon) — required. BLS or CPR certification from an AH-approved vendor; facility-specific BLS required. Minimum two years of recent med/surg nursing experience. EPIC experience REQUIRED. BSN: Preferred.
