Student Ministries Director

Oversee the spiritual development of middle and high school students across three campuses. Connect with and disciple students, providing support and guidance in their faith journeys. Recruit, lead, and develop volunteers to effectively serve in Student Ministries. Plan and execute engaging programming tailored to the needs of each campus. Organize events that bring all campuses together for a unified ministry experience. Maintain an active presence at students' school events, including sports games, plays, and choir performances. Qualifications Proven experience in leading and mentoring middle and high school students. A passion for student discipleship and spiritual growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and families. Details Reports to the Family Pastor.
