About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President (Senior Director) of Performance Marketing to lead and oversee the strategy, development, and operations of the performance marketing teams, with a focus on SEM, SEO, and programmatic advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven and cost-efficient strategies to drive paid and organic user growth across various channels. This includes optimizing all facets of performance marketing, translating strategies into detailed budget and channel plans, and driving efficiency and performance through the use of data science and automation. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics, to optimize the customer journey, develop a measurement stack, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of campaign results. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of paid marketing experience, managing complex campaigns and multi-million dollar budgets. A strong background in SEM, SEO, and programmatic advertising is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of management experience, with a proven track record of team development, and the ability to recruit and grow top marketing talent. Exceptional analytical skills, a strong problem-solving track record, and an entrepreneurial mindset are also key requirements. The role demands a leader who can transition between big-picture strategy and tactical problem-solving, and who is adept at driving results based on clear goals.
