Innovation Hub UAT Tester

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Innovation Hub UAT Tester to support Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). This UAT Tester will align to the newly formed Innovation Hub, overseeing and managing UAT for agentic AI product development.In this role, you will:Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWrite, and execute test scripts and document resultsWrite user stories from requirements using SDLC formatsGather and condition test data for both Development and UATDrive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts with minimal supervision.Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partnersRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:4+ years of experience in UAT or other end-to-end testing2+ years of contact center experienceFacilitated testing for AI products or machine learning modelsExperience with test creation, planning, coordination and facilitating testing and routineJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleMust be able to work on-site at any of the listed locationsRelocation assistance is not available for this positionJob Posting Locations: 401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg.
