Responsibilities:Conduct policy research and develop policy briefs for federal healthcare agencies, focused on the mitigation of vulnerabilities to federal healthcare programsSupport the development / evolution of KPMG's Federal Healthcare & Government Solutions methodologies and intellectual capitalSynthesize / translate complex federal regulatory requirements into audience-appropriate communication and education materialsConduct policy research to assist in answering stakeholder questions related to federal healthcare programs, as well as support federal agency policy / operational decision-makingConduct research on healthcare industry trends to support federal agencies in policy-decision making and program implementationDraft action-oriented memos / presentations summarizing research findings, translating findings into actionable insights or considerations for federal agenciesQualifications:A minimum one year of health policy analysis, regulatory compliance, or a similar roleBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityExceptional ability to translate complex federal policies into clear, concise written materials for specific audiencesExperience analyzing federal healthcare laws and regulationsStrong research skills and the ability to independently develop an approach to answer nuances policy questionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for direct stakeholder interaction Ability to travel as required to support firm engagementsApplicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearanceKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
