Your Mission Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in various areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Verify test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments to uphold operational efficiency.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing when required.
• Keep meticulous documentation of procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment, while strictly abiding by regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be achieved within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
