Local Team Collaboration We take pride in our well-established team of 16 Physicians and 6 APPs. Work alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties. Qualifications Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine hospitalist. All levels of experience considered. We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for visas are covered by Sound. Scheduling Day rounding hospitalist hours 7 am-7 pm; 7 days on - 7 days off. Key Responsibilities Manage admissions, especially during morning hours, round on patients, and manage rapid responses for own patients. Open ICU with minimal expectation of our team - full critical care support. No procedures or code blue response required. The hospital is located on the lake and provides the opportunity to be a part of new growth and development: new residential communities, new schools, new shopping stores, or you can be just a few minutes from rural living. If you prefer to be closer to St Louis, that is an option too - and it is still an easy commute. Louis Lampert International Airport offers easy access to international travel and is located approximately 30 minutes from the hospital. You will also find ample golf courses, walking and biking trails, and water activities. Rewards And Compensation Full-time yearly base salary of $294,000. Productive and quality incentives are provided in addition to the base salary. Commencement bonus and relocation allowance provided.
