Summary:

**Required Skills/Experience:** - 2 years or more ICU experience - Hemodynamic monitoring (swans, art lines) - Ventilator management - Strong critical thinking skills - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Basic Life Support (BLS) - National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification **Preferred Skills/Experience:** - Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) exposure - Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) exposure - Meditech charting/order entry **Certifications/Degrees/Licensure:** - Active TX RN License (No temporary license accepted) **Specializations:** - Experience with post-CABG, post-VAD, post-cath with various cardiac support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO)
