Registered Nurse in Step Down Unit
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Step Down unit, where you'll provide critical care to patients in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide nursing care in the Step Down unit
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Float between units as required
- Pass the Telemetry test
- Work night shifts on a 3x12 hour schedule
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
What We Need To See
- Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in a Step Down or similar unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Epic experience
- Ability to pass the Telemetry test
