If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.The Manager of Accounting will support reporting, prepare financial statements, assist with complex transactions, develop controls, enhance forecasting, and coordinate audits* Supporting the controllership with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting* Assisting with accounting analysis for complex transactions (e.g. acquisitions, financing, restructuring, compensation programs) under both IFRS and US GAAP* Preparation of financial statements under GAAP for auditor review, including preparation of note disclosure* Assisting with development of controls and processes* Building out the forecasting function and preparation of forecasts of P&L* Working as a bridge between our auditors (both internal and external) and our accounting and operational employees to ensure a smooth audit (preparation of reconciliations, working papers, sample testing etc.)**Qualifications & Requirements*** US CPA required* Experience with a Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) professional accounting firm preferred* Experience with ERPs preferred (e.g. Workday)**Competencies listing for Job Family*** Accuracy* Analytical/Critical Thinking* Communication* Financial Acumen* Judgment**Competencies**This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned.
