Benefits on Day One:
- Mileage reimbursement when driving for client related purposes.
Benefits within 30 days of employment:
- Company pays 50% of a medical plan.
- Company pays 100% of $25000.00 life insurance
- Company pays 100% of Employee Assistance Program
- Company sponsored dental & vision plans for self or dependents
- Company pays a bonus for shifts worked on a company-approved holiday
Benefit after 90 days of employment:
- Accrued sick time up to 40 hours per annual year
Several positions open in the Greater Paso Robles Area. - Day time and afternoon shifts require a driver's license. NO driver license needed for graveyard shifts.
We pay $20.00 - $21.00 an hour.

Direct Care Staff (DCS)/Supportive Living Staff (SLS) are responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive environment which ensures the quality living of our clients. Come work with a company who will value you as a person.
What you'll do:
- Assist, monitor, and teach individual(s) with preparation of daytime activities and encourage good personal hygiene and behavior appropriate in their home or apartment. These activities may include grocery shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and clean up.
- Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges.
- Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients.
You'd be great if you:
- Have experience working with individuals with behaviors IS A PLUS!
- Have provided care for friends and family members IS A PLUS
- Have a passion for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect.
- Can problem solve and adapt to different client needs.
- Are a strong communicator and dependable.
- Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
- Are willing to learn and grow in this role.

- Able to pass a background check
