About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, in-home therapy to children. You'll focus on improving motor function, strength, balance, and coordination to help each child reach their highest potential. Scheduling Options PRN (As Needed): Ideal for a consistent, smaller weekly caseload. Great for after-school hours, evenings, or mornings. Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week, with flexibility to fit your schedule. Flexible Scheduling: We work around your availability and build caseloads close to your preferred location. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
