Clinic RN Family Medicine General

Job Title

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday-Friday; 7:00am - 7:00pm variable, you will work at UW Health Belvidere Clinic 1700 Henry Luckow Ln

Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, on-call pay

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• Computer experience. Required
• 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
