Physician, Head and Neck & Cutaneous Medical Oncology

Full-Time Opportunity Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology from an ACGME-accredited program is required Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and successful completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing Candidates will diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of head and neck cancers and cutaneous malignancies, including melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, while developing individualized treatment plans informed by the latest evidence-based guidelines Opportunity is open to both early-career physicians completing fellowship training and experienced medical oncologists seeking to join a collaborative academic environment Candidates interested in physician leadership may be considered for a Sub-Chief role, with dedicated protected time for program development, academic initiatives, research, and leadership responsibilities in addition to clinical practice Clinical leadership opportunities include collaboration with multidisciplinary disease site teams to advance quality initiatives, clinical innovation, physician recruitment, and strategic growth of the program Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate closely with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, dermatology, plastic surgery, and supportive care specialists to deliver comprehensive cancer care Supported by a multidisciplinary team of fellow physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, clinical researchers, and administrative professionals Seeking candidates committed to quality, patient-centered care, who exhibit professionalism and thrive in a collaborative demeanor, and multidisciplinary team environment Compensation commensurate with training and experience; benefits designed to support your professional and personal growth and include options for medical and dental benefits, generous paid time off, CME allowance, access to Baptist Health University for professional growth, and more In addition, Florida enjoys no State income tax
