What You'll Do

As a General Manager, you are the heart of the restaurant - bringing everything and everyone together.

• Lead with Purpose: Run a successful, high-performing restaurant while upholding McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness

• Inspire Your Team: Coach and develop Department and Shift Managers, helping them reach their full potential

• Build Something Great: Hire, train, and grow a strong team that feels supported, motivated, and proud of their work

• Drive Results: Set clear goals, create action plans, and celebrate wins along the way

• Create the Culture: Foster a positive, energetic environment where both employees and guests feel valued

What We're Looking For

We're looking for leaders who care about people just as much as performance.

• Experience leading high-volume teams (QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred)

• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others

• A positive, high-energy mindset with a hands-on leadership style

• Strong goal-setting and problem-solving skills

• 18 years of age or older
