A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician in a premier outpatient clinic setting in Dayton, Ohio. You will join a dedicated team, providing exceptional emergency care to a diverse population of pediatric patients. This role offers flexibility and requires a collaborative approach while supervising residents and other healthcare providers.

• Provide emergency care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and residents in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with specialists including Radiologists, Intensivists, and Cardiologists to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in the documentation of patient records using the EPIC EMR system.

• Board certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
• Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Certifications in BLS, PALS, and ATLS

• Shifts include days with possibilities for weekend rotations. Specific scheduling needs will be discussed during the hiring process.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure
• Proficient in EMR systems, specifically EPIC
