We cross train team members and help them grow into roles such as sales, retention, account management, or marketing, building confidence while allowing specialization. Our team includes about nine in office members and five remote, supported by marketing and digital teams. Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Perry Unwalla - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
