Summary of Duties and Responsibilities Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics Manage outward communication to CIT vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges Monitor and report any important changes in cash demand that impacts Operational budgets Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims Monthly Bailment reconciliation Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department Success criteria and performance measures People: Makes NCR a Great Place to Work and Grow Customer: Makes Customers Raving Fans Results: Owns the results and makes it happen Teamwork: Ensures we win as one team Secure: Builds trust and protects our customers Innovation: Builds for the future Cash Services Analyst Specific Accuracy in reconciling figures High attention to detail Strong analytical approach to problem solving Establishment and maintenance of a strong working relationship with all staff, CIT providers and Financial Institutions Ability to priorities work for efficiency and control Demonstrated ongoing improvements in systems and quality Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Qualifications Bachelor/Diploma in Business/Finance preferred but not essential Experience Intermediate MS Excel skills Online Banking Facilities Data analytics & Dashboards Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired Skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Good verbal and written communication skills Requires no or little guidance and supervision from management Can negotiate compromise and make decisions within the scope of Implementations Uses high degree of initiative and independent judgment Relationship building and stakeholder engagement Strong written and verbal communication skills Time management skills to meet critical deadlines Analytical and problem solving skills Intermediate Excel skills Trained in meeting challenging deadlines Excellent communication/presentation skills Strong analytical skills and ability to think and plan strategically Analytical approach to problem solving Attention to detail and disciplined approach Abilities Optimistic and able to identify opportunities even within difficult situations Ability to build excellent relationships and manage relationships Drives to make things happen, is action orientated with the ability to get projects and activities 'off the ground' quickly and easily Focused on building teams so that great value is delivered to our customers, consumers, stakeholders and Cardtronics Challenges status quo thinking, demands and drives continuous improvement Personal attributes Leader & champion of change Focus on results Innovator High standards of accuracy and precision with highly developed organization skills Has humility, follows through on personal commitments, assumes responsibility for own mistakes and learns from Adaptability in execution Enjoys innovating and 'thinking outside the box' ReliableAt ease with Technology Gets things done!
