If you're motivated, reliable, and eager to grow in this industry, this is your chance! **This Position is in Barry, IL** Available Positions: ✅ Cultivation Crew (Tuesday-Friday 6AM - 4:30PM) — $18.30/hr Care for cannabis plants, trim, water, and ensure healthy growth. ✅ Packaging Team (Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm) — $17.30/hr Package cannabis products into their corresponding boxes ✅ Labeling Team ( Monday-Friday 8AM - 4:30PM) — $17.30/hr Apply labels to products with precision while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a Valid up to date Drivers License Must have a Social Security Card Must be able to pass a criminal background check (No felonies or misdemeanors) Ability to follow instructions and internalize training quickly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback. Full understanding of compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations. Previous experience in horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus.
