The successful candidate will identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities, develop executive-ready strategies and business cases, support the delivery of AI solutions, and ensure measurable business value is realized after launch. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, AI expertise, and cross-functional leadership.Key Responsibilities:AI Strategy & Value CreationHelp define and evolve InvestorLine's AI strategy and roadmap, aligned to business objectivesMaintain an AI portfolio backlog that sequences use cases based on client and business value, strategic alignment, feasibility, risk, and dependenciesFacilitate workshops and collaborate with business, technology, and partner teams to shape AI opportunitiesDevelop quantitative business cases, value realization models, and funding recommendationsMonitor and communicate business outcomes, KPIs, and value realization throughout the lifecycle of AI initiativesStay current on emerging AI capabilities, market trends, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisionsDevelop executive-facing presentations, strategy decks, briefing materials, and recommendations for senior leadershipTranslate complex AI concepts into clear business narratives and actionable insightsBuild alignment across stakeholders and support executive decision-making on AI investments and prioritiesAI Product Management Lead product discovery by translating client, employee, market, and competitive insights into clearly defined problems, product requirements, and success metricsSupport product prototypes, pilots, launch readiness, onboarding, and go/no-go decisions to validate product quality, safety, usability, and value before scalingEstablish post-launch feedback, and continuous-improvement processes to monitor adoption and business outcomes and inform on product enhancementsSupport vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and implementation planning where requiredQualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant STEM field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in management consulting, internal consulting or strategyExperience in transformation or AI from the technology or financial services industries highly preferredStrong understanding of AI technologies, emerging trends, and practical enterprise applicationsDemonstrated experience building business cases, preparing strategic presentations, evaluating investments, and measuring business valueExceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsProven ability to work across business, technology, and governance functions to drive outcomesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesSelf-starter with a strong bias for action, demonstrated initiative, and a proven ability to take ownership and independently drive work from concept through executionSalary:$70,000.00 - $150,000.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
