Overview Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring an LPN Intake Coordinator – Inpatient Case Management to work part‑time weekend day shift (20 hours per week) in Norfolk, VA. Job Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse 1 year clinical experience 2 years customer service experience BLS required within 90 days of hire Key Responsibilities Triage patient intake information. Verify medical and insurance details. Coordinate care plans with physicians and multidisciplinary team. Support ongoing case management and discharge planning.
