Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Physician Services practice, seeks CRNAs to join our dedicated professionals at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, Banner Estrella Medical Center, and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Opportunity Highlights $280K starting base compensation (W2) + $50K start date bonus Premium pay for volunteering extra shifts OB shifts located at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix: 12 12‑hour shifts per month (12 or 24‑hour shifts available Monday‑Sunday) Flexible shift structure; two anesthesia providers in‑house to share workload Call requirement: nights, weekends, holidays in‑house coverage Role includes placement and management of neuraxial blocks (epidural and spinal) and US‑guided peripheral blocks (TAP) when indicated Main OR shifts at Banner Estrella Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center: two 10‑hour weekday shifts per week (no weekends, no overnight call) Care for procedures in General Surgery, Bariatrics, Gynecology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Spine Benefits Comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), CME, other options.
