Level 3 Vehicle Operator
An autonomous ride-hailing company is looking for dependable and safety-focused Level 3 Vehicle Operators to help support the future of self-driving transportation.
This role combines:
- Driving
- Vehicle operations
- Technology testing
- Documentation
- Logistics support
- Communication with engineering teams
You'll work directly with autonomous vehicles in real-world environments while supporting testing, vehicle readiness, and daily mission operations.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with:
- strong driving experience
- fleet or delivery backgrounds
- rideshare, valet, transportation, or logistics experience
- military or operations experience
- interest in autonomous vehicle technology
Pay & Shift Bonuses
- $29.00/hour
- Weekend shifts: +5%
- Night shifts starting after 1 PM: +2%
- Weekend night shifts: up to +7% total bonus pay
Available Schedules
Day Shift Options
- 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
- 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Night Shift Options
- 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
- 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
- 5:45 PM – 2:00 AM
Schedule Options
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Thursday – Monday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Saturday – Wednesday
As a Level 3 Vehicle Operator, you will:
- Support autonomous vehicle operations in real-world driving environments
- Drive vehicles safely for extended periods (4–8 hours daily)
- Conduct basic software and hardware testing tasks
- Monitor vehicle readiness and cleanliness
- Perform basic preventative maintenance checks
- Support vehicle movement, storage, and logistics
- Document issues, observations, and operational metrics
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
- Assist with operational paperwork and reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across vehicle operations and engineering
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with excellent driving history
- Comfortable driving for long periods daily
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic technology and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
- No criminal history

- Fleet, logistics, transportation, or vehicle operations background
