What You'll Be Doing: This isn't just a step up it's a leadership role with room to grow. Here's what your day could look like: Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point Training and supporting team members with instructional guidance Jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep Managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction Opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines Monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift Making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard You'll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team energized and on track.
