Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to business owners to understand their unique coverage needs.

Develop and present customized commercial insurance proposals that protect businesses effectively.

Manage and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Coordinate with our underwriting teams to ensure accurate policy creation and risk management.

Set and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professional service.

Requirements

California Property & Casualty and Life Insurance License.

Two or more years of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management.

Deep understanding of commercial insurance products and risk assessment.

Strong comfort level with cold calling, networking, and developing new business leads.

Clear and effective verbal communication skills for building client relationships.

Experience utilizing CRM platforms to track sales pipelines.
