Zo maken wij het buitengewone werkelijkheid.Dit is waar jij in beeld komt!Vacature: Operations Manager – Locatie AsseWil jij het kloppend hart vormen van onze productie- en logistieke operatie in Asse?Als Operations Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare operatie, samen met ruim 50 collega’s.**Wat ga je doen?**Je stuurt de volledige operatie aan en zorgt dat veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en productiviteit elke dag op topniveau staan.Je werkt nauw samen met afdelingsmanagers, teamleads en collega’s van o.a. Product Management, Inkoop en Sales — jij bent de schakel die alles bij elkaar brengt.Je initieert en leidt verbeterprojecten op basis van data en procesanalyses.Je zorgt voor optimale planning, personeelsbezetting en technische ondersteuning zodat de flow in de operatie maximaal blijft.Je borgt een veilige werkomgeving en maakt veiligheid onderdeel van het dagelijks werk.**Wat typeert jou?**Je combineert sterk leiderschap met kennis van productie- en logistieke processen. Je ziet wat er nodig is, verbetert continu en hebt oprechte aandacht voor je mensen.RapportagelijnJe rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager of Sites.**Waardevolle competenties:**Leiden en Toezicht Houden: In staat zijn om effectief leiding te geven en toezicht te houden op operationele processen.Verbinden, Overtuigen en Beïnvloeden: Excellent stakeholder managementvaardigheden en vermogen tot samenwerking om te komen tot een optimale ketenprestatie. Plannen en Organiseren: Goede organisatorische vaardigheden om processen te plannen en effectief te organiseren.Resultaten Behalen en Voldoen aan Klantverwachtingen: Gericht zijn op het behalen van resultaten en voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de klant. **Wat wij in jou zoeken:**Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in operationeel management.Bewezen succes in het beheren van veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en arbeidsproductiviteit. Uitgebreide kennis van operationele concepten (incl.
