• Team consists of 3 neurologists & 2 APPs
• Call 1:6
Compensation Details
• Annual base salary = 401K
• Eligible for annual value-based incentive up to 40,000 starting in year two
• Eligible to participate in Neurology Physician Production Incentive
• Signing Bonus 40K
• 15K relocation
• 5K CME
• 240 hours PTO
