Experience Designer

Experience Designer Location: PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, TX - Dallas, AZ - Phoenix Work Status: 5 days onsite Duration: Contract to Hire Years Of Experience Required: 4+ Industry Background: Banking / Finance - Design System experience/background huge plus Function of the Group: We're responsible for the customer facing and employee facing design systems. That's the most widely used design system. We work on a set of design standards that all of online banking and drives efficiency with the internal development teams that are building. Roles and Responsibilities • Create and update documentation and graphics for design docs
- Build, fix, and test Figma components
- Create dev specs
- Design and test Angular components
- Collaborate with content and ADA accessibility partners
- Stay up to date on competitive analysis of other design systems
- Answer help desk questions
- Attend or facilitate open office hours
- Attend or facilitate early Design Reviews with product designers
- Attend or facilitate design system Design Reviews
- Attend or facilitate design system governance meetings
- Research, audit, and prepare topics for design system governance meetings
- Attend or facilitate working sessions across product design teams to align
- Work on special projects as requested
- UX Design
- Figma
- Wireframing & Prototyping
• HTML/CSS

- Adobe
- Design System Facilitation & Presentations: 4 years
- Confluence/Wiki Documentation
