Job Title

Registered Nurse – NICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-risk, Level III NICU environment
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill neonatal patients throughout each shift
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team
• Respond to emergent situations utilizing NRP and STABLE protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Current STABLE certification required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile local radius to be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations in a Level III setting
