Customer Data Strategist

Seeking a full-time remote Customer Data Strategist, the candidate will lead strategic customer data and intelligence engagements for B2B clients, collaborating with various stakeholders to define priorities and develop actionable roadmaps for data activation and growth. Key responsibilities: Lead client engagement, ensuring successful delivery of discovery, requirements, and strategic recommendations Facilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value B2B use cases Assess the current-state customer data ecosystem and define requirements for a composable customer data platform Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in customer data strategy, marketing technology, or management consulting Proven experience leading enterprise-scale strategy and transformation engagements Deep understanding of customer data platforms and CRM ecosystems Experience with B2B customer data structures and identity resolution practices Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and Hightouch
